• GOs can take time, please join only if you can be patient. Deadlines will always be provided in the post.
  • I host GOs ww unless stated otherwise in the post. I ship both pcs and other merch ww but if you are not apart of EU, please know shipping for bigger items can be pricier.
  • STRICTLY no backouts unless you can find a replacement.
  • In general gos can have slight price changes due to some unexpected fees etc so please understand that as well!
  • Payment to me will always be in € even if the price is in USD. Then the small currency fee will be split amongst the joiners when paying for the total. I don't offer g&s for GOs. I would recommend getting WISE for fees as they are a lot better there.
  • Payment methods I accept: Paypal, Wise and bank transfer (only eu/ mostly latvia).
  • I will create a groupchat for requesting payments and giving you updates. Usually I will write a payment deadline as well unless it is a rush go then please be prepared to pay at any time! DO NOT join rush GOs if you cannot pay when asked. Rush go payment deadline is 24h if the set sells out quicker, there is nothing I can do about it.
  • Be responsible to me and the other joiners. Payments need to be on time, late payments will have a fee of 50 cents per day if you do not inform me and ghost me.
  • Once I have the items on hand you have 1 month to fill out the shipping form and pay the doms. If you do not pay and fill out the form within this time, your claims will go up for sale again and you won't receive a refund. If you message me within a week after the month has passed, you can still have your claim with a 4€ fee on top of the payments you have missed.
  • When you pay customs, there will be a form you have to add payment in. Please fill it in otherwise I will not know if you paid or not as I get tens of payments every day.
  • I understand we all are human and things can happen in life, I can hold for longer if you have a reason you cannot pay but please inform me and communicate!
  • I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged mail.
  • Please understand that things don't always go as planned. For example, missing batches from stores, unexpected customs, late shipment from proxies/stores. I try my best to sort these kind of situations but please be understanding!
  • No refunds. Only time I would give a refund is if the damage is caused by my packaging. I package everything very carefully but we all are human. This point only stands if you have video evidence of you unpacking the order. I'll give a partial refund if you keep the items, but a full one if you agree to send them back.
  • Please understand that if you change your username, it is YOUR responsibility to let me know that you have done that and I need to change the @ in the post, masterlist etc. I will no longer be searching for people who change it without notice as it takes too much time and if you do not reach out to me within a month of the items being on hand, your items will be resold.
  • Please check my masterlist for status of the gos you are in! often the answer to your question might be there as I update them regularly. Ofc, if there are still any question, don’t hesitate to send me a dm.
  • I sometimes host gos from ksellers. I buy from ksellers I can trust and I always look into how legit they are but please understand there is always a chance that something could go wrong. I won’t give refunds if we get scammed or the pcs are fake as I try to do everything I can to ensure the safety of the purchase. Ksellers also do not provide video condition of the pcs so please understan if you are fussy about conditions, these gos are not for you.
